For more than twenty years I’ve been fascinated by one question.

Why do some people trust themselves, while others spend a lifetime searching for answers everywhere else?

My career began in mental health nursing before leading services across schools and communities, supporting thousands of people through emotional change and psychological wellbeing.

Alongside my clinical work, I became fascinated by the subconscious mind, human behaviour and human potential. That curiosity led me to study clinical hypnosis, emotional healing, spirituality and intuitive development with teachers from many different disciplines.

Working with people.
Observing transformation.
Witnessing what becomes possible when someone stops second-guessing themselves and starts acting from genuine inner knowing.

For years, I kept a part of myself separate from my clinical work. I’d had an intuitive connection since I was a child. I didn’t talk about it. It didn’t fit the room I was in.

My clinical training and my intuition were never in conflict. They were always meant to work together. The moment I let them, everything I built started to make more sense - to me, and to the women I work with.

Today I bring together science, lived experience and intuition through The Intuitive Authority®.

My work has one mission.

To help women reclaim the authority that has always belonged to them.
