• Dropbox - secure storage of client notes and session materials
• Facebook Groups (Meta) - if you join a group space, other members may see your name and posts
• WhatsApp / Telegram (optional) - if used for programme communication
• Linktree - access portal; may collect click analytics
• Zoom - if sessions or programmes are hosted via video call
• Podcast hosting and distribution platforms - for storing and distributing episodes

We do not sell your data or share it with external marketers. All processors maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Guest Facilitators & Subcontractors

If a session, programme, or event includes a third-party facilitator, we may share limited information (such as your name or disclosed health considerations) with them where necessary for safe delivery. These facilitators act as independent data controllers and are responsible for their own privacy practices.

6.International Transfers

Some processors (such as Meta, Stripe, or Connected Campaigns) may store or process data outside the UK. When this happens, we rely on UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to ensure your data remains protected to UK standards.

• storing digital notes in Dropbox with controlled access
• ensuring staff access is limited and appropriate

• maintaining strong internal data practices

• Client notes - up to 6 years (industry standard for coaching and wellbeing practitioners)
• Financial records - 6 years (required by law)
• Emails and enquiries - 12–24 months
• Programme interaction data - while you remain a participant
• Marketing data - until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
• Handwritten notes - destroyed when no longer needed for service delivery
