The Intuitive Authority Academy® and all group experiences - how we hold this container
These Terms govern participation in the Intuitive Authority Academy® and any other group programmes, group sessions, or group-based experiences offered by JR Mindset Mastery Limited, trading as The Intuitive Authority.
By submitting an application, accepting a place, or making payment toward any group programme, you agree to these Terms in full, in addition to the Master Terms of Business.

Where these Terms refer to the Academy, this means the Intuitive Authority Academy®. Where they refer to a programme, this means any group experience offered by JR Mindset Mastery Limited to which these Terms apply.
The Intuitive Authority Academy® is a year-long group experience for women who are ready to deepen their intuition, develop discernment, and build unshakeable self-trust. It is an intentional space - limited in numbers, high in standards, and held with care.
The Academy is designed to be self-led. You bring your commitment, your engagement, and your willingness to do the inner work. We provide the structure, the container, and the facilitation. Your results depend on both.
The Academy is a complementary personal development programme. It is not therapy, counselling, or clinical intervention. Nothing delivered within it constitutes medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice.
Enrolment in the Academy is by application only. It is not a space you can simply purchase into. Every application passes through a considered three-stage process:
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place and does not create a contract. A place is confirmed only when JR Mindset Mastery Limited notifies you in writing that your application has been accepted. No payment obligation arises and no contract is formed until that written confirmation is issued.
The involvement of existing members in the admissions process is advisory. The final decision on all applications rests with JR Mindset Mastery Limited.
The programme fee, payment schedule, instalment structure, and any applicable deposit are set out on the relevant sales or application page and in any written communication provided to you at the point of enrolment. Those payment terms form part of this agreement and should be read alongside it.
By accepting your place, you agree to the payment structure communicated to you at enrolment, whether that is a single payment in full or an agreed instalment plan.
Payment plans provided by JR Mindset Mastery Limited are not credit agreements. No interest is charged, no credit checks are undertaken, and they have no impact on your credit rating.
The Intuitive Authority Academy® is a 12-month programme. By accepting a place, you commit to the full 12-month term. This is not a rolling monthly subscription and cannot be cancelled mid-term.
Where payment is made by instalment, each instalment is a scheduled payment toward the total programme fee already agreed. Cancelling instalments does not cancel the agreement. The full programme fee remains payable for the duration of the term, regardless of attendance or engagement.
Early withdrawal does not release you from outstanding payments unless expressly agreed in writing by JR Mindset Mastery Limited.
We understand life is not linear. If you are experiencing significant difficulty, please contact us. We will always seek to find a way to support you within the boundaries of what is fair to all parties.
The Academy is a self-led programme. You are responsible for your own engagement, attendance, and progress through the material.
Programme materials, session replays, resources, and community access are provided through the platforms notified to you at enrolment. You are responsible for:
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the programme - a broken link, a missing resource, a platform issue - it is your responsibility to notify us promptly at [email protected]. We cannot address issues we are not made aware of, and we are not able to compensate for missed content where no access issue was reported.
The Academy is designed for women who are ready to take ownership of their own journey. Self-leadership begins here - in how you show up, access the work, and reach out when something is not right.
Replays are provided for live sessions where possible. No refund or credit is available for missed live sessions. If you anticipate an extended period of absence, please notify us in advance.
Upon completion of the Intuitive Authority Academy®, participants who satisfy all programme requirements - including participation and successful completion of the programme assessment - will receive a certificate of completion issued by JR Mindset Mastery Limited.
An assessment forms part of the programme. Full details of the assessment format, timing, and requirements are communicated during the programme. The assessment is designed to evidence the learning, development, and growth you have undertaken throughout the year.
JR Mindset Mastery Limited retains full and final discretion over assessment outcomes. Where a participant does not meet the assessment standard on first attempt, details of any reassessment opportunity will be communicated at that time.
No refund is available where a participant does not pass the assessment. The fee covers your participation in the full programme, not the outcome of the assessment.
The certificate of completion is:
Falsely claiming to hold the certificate, or misrepresenting your completion status to gain access to advanced programmes, is a breach of these Terms and may result in removal from future programmes without refund.
The High End Healer container is an advanced programme available exclusively to graduates of the Intuitive Authority Academy® who hold a valid certificate of completion. Enrolment in the High End Healer is not available to any person who has not completed the Academy and received their certificate.
The certificate is issued to the named individual and cannot be transferred, shared, or used to admit any other person to the High End Healer or any other advanced programme.
Full terms for the High End Healer container are set out in the High End Healer Programme Agreement, which forms a separate document.
The Academy may include live group calls, Q&A sessions, community access, pre-recorded modules, worksheets, guest sessions, and replay access. Full details of what is included are communicated at enrolment and on the relevant programme page.
We reserve the right to update, improve, or refine content, guest facilitators, and session formats to maintain programme quality. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Replay access may be time-limited.
The Academy is a protected space. To maintain its safety and integrity, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the safety, integrity, or energy of the group. Removal due to misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund of fees paid or release from outstanding payments.
What is shared inside the Academy stays inside the Academy. You agree to:
This protects every woman in the space and is the foundation of the psychological safety that makes the Academy what it is.
Sessions may include breathwork, hypnotherapy, guided visualisation, somatic practices, or meditation. You must not participate in these practices if you have any contraindicated condition. Full details are set out in the Wellbeing and Safety Disclaimer, which forms part of this agreement.

You must also ensure you are in a safe physical environment when participating in any guided practice. Do not attend or listen to replays while driving, supervising children, or in any unsafe or distracting environment.
The Academy may at times include guest facilitators, specialists, or co-facilitators. These contributors are independent professionals responsible for their own delivery, conduct, professional standards, and insurance. JR Mindset Mastery does not accept liability for the professional practice of third-party contributors.
Where the Academy includes in-person workshops, retreats, or live events, the In-Person Event and Retreat Agreement applies to those elements. You will be asked to confirm your agreement to those terms separately.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Messages, contributions, and posts within the community space may be visible to other participants.

All materials, content, frameworks, processes, exercises, scripts, and recorded sessions within the Academy are the intellectual property of JR Mindset Mastery Limited. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own development only. You may not copy, redistribute, teach, or commercialise any Academy content without written permission.
The Academy provides a structured container, skilled facilitation, and a supportive community. What you create within it depends on your engagement, your commitment, and your own inner work. We do not guarantee specific results - emotional, professional, financial, or otherwise.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches these Terms, the Master Terms of Business, or the Wellbeing Disclaimer - including for misconduct, non-payment, or behaviour that compromises the group. Where removal is not due to misconduct, any remaining programme value may be refunded at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
This work operates within the JR Mindset Mastery Exponential Frequency Field, supporting clarity, expansion, and grounded transformation. By entering this agreement, you acknowledge and consent to working within this calibrated space.
